Coffee Spoons are similar to teaspoons but are slightly smaller. This is probably due to the fact that coffee, especially expresso, is served in small cups and therefore need less sugar. Some coffee spoons have wooden "coffee beans" at the ends of the stems, whilst others can have a variety of other designs. Coffee spoons are excellent collectible items.
